Meet Our Lead Health Coach
Dr. Agata Kapuscinska
Professional Health Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and the Lead Health Coach at i-Thrive. I work with high-achieving individuals and midlife clients who are motivated to perform well, stay healthy, and protect their long-term health—but who are beginning to notice changes in energy, recovery, weight, or metabolic health.
Many of the people I support are capable, driven, and accustomed to managing demanding professional or personal roles. Over time, however, chronic stress, limited recovery, and life-stage changes can lead to persistent fatigue, poor sleep, difficulty losing weight, changes in body composition, shifts in blood sugar or cholesterol, elevated blood pressure, or early signs of metabolic imbalance. For some clients, these challenges are influenced by the hormonal changes of peri-menopause.
My role is to help clients understand what is happening beneath the surface and to guide them through calm, evidence-based lifestyle changes that improve metabolic health, restore resilience, and support sustainable performance—rather than relying on short-term or extreme approaches.
My approach blends medical expertise with personalised coaching, focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation, and habit optimisation. At i-Thrive, this is supported by objective health data and advanced assessments, allowing interventions to be precisely tailored to individual physiology, goals, and lifestyle demands. The aim is not rapid fixes, but meaningful, lasting change that supports both current performance and long-term longevity.
I believe optimal health should feel calm, achievable, and integrated into everyday life—supporting sustainable weight management, strong metabolic health, and the capacity to perform well now while protecting health for the future.

Establish Your Baseline (Completed prior to Week 1)
Before your first group session you will:
- Establish your baseline with an Advanced Body Composition Assessment (DEXA Body Compositoin & 3D Infrared Body Scan)
- Receive a personalised baseline report
This establishes your personalised starting point – informing your roadmap and creating measurable reference points for progress.
