PROFILE
With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, operational excellence, and coaching, I’ve built my career supporting individuals and teams to deliver sustained, high performance in complex and demanding environments.
I began as a management consultant, guiding entrepreneurs and leaders of owner-led businesses to develop and execute growth strategies. Over time, my path evolved into internal consultancy roles within large, complex multinational organisations, where I led strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives. For over 16 years, I worked with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance performance, navigate change, and deliver lasting results.
In recent years, my focus shifted fully to executive and performance coaching. I now work with established and emerging leaders, high-performing professionals, and teams—helping them unlock clarity, navigate complexity, and perform effectively in high-pressure environments. I create practical, high-impact coaching relationships that translate directly into sustained performance and measurable outcomes.

In parallel with my corporate coaching work, I’ve spent over two decades coaching triathletes and endurance athletes at both club and individual level. As a British Triathlon Level 3 High Performance Coach and Hintsa Performance Coach, I bring a deeply integrated performance mindset to everything I do—helping individuals and teams push their limits, sustain excellence, and thrive under pressure.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by experience in both high-performance sport and complex business environments. It integrates deep business context with the physiological and psychological drivers of performance, enabling clients to build the capacity to perform consistently and sustainably.
I am deeply passionate about helping others unlock their potential, break through limitations, and achieve what once felt out of reach—empowering them to define meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and take control of their performance and trajectory.
At the core of my work is a systemic, holistic approach that considers the whole person and their life context—not just work in isolation—to enable sustained, high performance.
