i-Thrive Events:
Thriving As You Age
In the UK, the average lifespan is around 81 years — but the average healthspan (years lived in good health) is just 63 years. That means many people are spending nearly two decades in poor health, managing chronic conditions instead of living fully.
It doesn’t have to be that way.

About the event
Aging well isn’t about luck — it’s about understanding what’s really happening in your body and making informed changes that count.
At this intimate event, our multi-disciplinary team will cut through the noise of apps, fads, and conflicting advice. Using I-Thrive’s evidence-based *Model of Thriving*, we’ll show you how sleep, resilience, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle interconnect — and how personalised insights such as your **metabolic age** can reveal more about your health than birthdays ever could.
You’ll discover:
- Why energy and vitality often shift after 40 — and how lifestyle choices can positively influence your metabolic age.
- How menopause and andropause affect long-term health, and practical steps to adapt with confidence.
- What shapes your metabolic age — from body composition and visceral fat to blood sugar control, strength, and fitness levels.
- Why measuring factors like bone density, muscle mass, and resting metabolism provides valuable insights into how well you’re really aging.
- Simple, actionable strategies you can apply straight away to feel stronger, sharper, and more resilient.
This isn’t another talk full of generic advice. It’s a chance to de-mystify health misinformation and leave with practical, evidence-based changes you can start the very next day.
Spaces are strictly limited to 15 for an interactive, personal experience at our CQC-regulated clinic between Farnham and Guildford.
